Learn to eat healthy, add more variety to your meals, while increasing vegetable consumption and reducing sugar, which may increase your energy. Healthy cooking of recipes using organic ingredients is covered. Food preparation is demonstrated and the food is sampled. Class is a great way to learn and try vegan recipes, discover if this is for you, or increase your knowledge of delicious healthy food.
Classes are held on the third Sunday of the month 2:00pm to 4:00pm, every other month. Class is FREE! Donations are accepted to cover supplies. Best offer in North West Arkansas to learn about alternative food choices and nutrition. If you or someone in you family has allergies and cannot eat dairy, gluten, nuts, or meat, substitution is covered. Each class you will get 3-4 recipes and be able to sample those.
